
Crystal grew up riding horses and competing from a young age. She was involved in pony club, 4H and begin high school rodeo in grade nine then started barrel racing professionally in 2016.
She attended the University of Saskatchewan’s Western College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 2007.

After graduating, Crystal spent time working at Legacy Equine in Oklahoma and the Animal Care Centre in Strathmore. Crystal started Paradigm Equine in 2013.
In her spare time Crystal enjoys riding and spending time with family as well as raises horses and red angus cattle.

Katie joined Paradigm Equine in 2019 as a Practice Manager. She obtained a communications degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio while on a tennis scholarship. While living in San Antonio she re-discovered her love for the equine industry.
Katie now enjoys helping her husband manage a ranch west of Longview and spending time with her horses, border collies and other animals.
Jessie joined the team in 2022 as a veterinary assistant. She has always had a passion for horses and has experience in various disciplines.
Jessie has a Bachelor of Arts as well as an Education Degree with a minor in Science. She loves learning and is continuing on with her education focusing on Equine Anatomy and Nutrition.
